Privacy note
Last updated October 30, 2026.
This site is operated by Real Estate Marketing Chicago. This note explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email, phone, brokerage, market, what you need and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, basic campaign tags if the link you followed had them, your browser's user agent and your IP address, which we use to filter spam.
How we use it
We use these details to reply to you, to prepare a quote and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored with our database provider and a notification is sent to us by email through our email provider. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by replying to any email from us or by sending the quote form with your request.
Not a brokerage
Real Estate Marketing Chicago is a design service. We are not a real estate brokerage and nothing on this site is legal advice.
