Identity within your brokerage's rules

Agent personal brand

A personal mark, type and color system that makes your materials recognizably yours while sitting comfortably beside your brokerage's identity.

Top-producing agents tend to have a look. Not a logo for its own sake, but a consistent way their materials are set, so a client recognizes their work before reading the name. We build that system: a wordmark or monogram, a type pairing, a restrained palette and a few layout rules.

It is designed from the start to live alongside your brokerage brand. Most brokerages have co-branding rules, and the Illinois rules on how a brokerage name relates in size to a team or agent name apply to every piece. We design the relationship between the two marks once, so you do not have to think about it on every flyer.

The system then shows up everywhere else we make for you: business cards, letterhead, note cards, presentation covers, your social profile and email signature.

What is included

  • Wordmark or monogram and usage notes
  • Type and color system
  • Business card, note card and letterhead
  • Listing presentation cover and interior layout
  • Email signature and social profile images

Checked on every piece

  • Brokerage name at least as large as your name or team name, in a way that meets Illinois rules
  • Team names that avoid terms Illinois treats as misleading unless followed by the word team
  • Co-branding approved by your managing broker before use

A design check against Illinois advertising rules, Fair Housing guidance and your brokerage's standards. Final approval stays with you and your managing broker.

A quieter way to keep every piece on brand and on the rules.
